Salmon Paste:

200g skinless salmon (cut into smaller pieces)

20g garlic

20g breadcrumbs

10g olive oil

15g parmesan cheese

1 egg

1/2 tsp salt

1/4 pepper

1/2 tsp Cafe 26 Caesar Salad Dressing

Ingredients for coating & frying the burger:

1 egg (egg wash)

Bread crumbs

Cooking oil

Preparing the Salmon Paste:

  1. Finely chop the garlic and olive oil by using food processor and add in the salmon meat, and blend it to make the salmon paste
  2. Add in the egg, bread crumbs, parmesan cheese, salt and pepper, and blend it for about 1-2 seconds until it is mixed well
  3. Transfer the paste into a clean bowl, add in the Cafe 26 Caesar Salad Dressing, and gently mix until well mixed. Refrigerate for 30 minutes

Coating & Frying the Salmon Patties:

    4. Beat the egg and prepare the bread crumbs. Shape the paste into 4 patties. Dip it in egg wash, then coat it with bread crumbs. Refrigerate for another 30 minutes

    5.Preheat the wok and add in cooking oil. Once it is hot, put in the salmon patties and fry it till golden brown


    6. Place the 1st patty on the plate, put in the cheese, vegetables, avocado and Cafe 26 Caesar Salad Dressing and top with another salmon patty.
