200g Pork(shoulder butt)
2 tbs light soya sauce
2 tsp golden syrup
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp salt
Pepper to taste

Rice paper wraps
200g cooked beehoon
Cafe26 original salad dressing

1. Marinate the pork with light soya sauce, golden syrup, salt and pepper and refrigerate for at least 5 hr or one night.
2. Preheat the grilling pan and grease it with some oil. Grill the pork until fragrant and cooked.
3. Dip the rice paper into the water quickly on both side.
4. Put in the pork, capsicums and cooked beehoon. Add in the Cafe26 original salad dressing and wrap it up.
