Canape with Tangy Cream Cheese

Ingredients for Tangy Cream Cheese:

1. Cream cheese 25 gram

2. Cafe 26 Tangy Salad Dressing 35 gram

Steps:

  1. Mix and whisk cream cheese and tangy salad dressing until desired consistency. 

 

Ingredients for Canape:

1. Bread

2. Cucumber (cut thinly, add salt and leave it for 30 minutes, squeeze the water out and wash, set aside) 

3. Avocado (cut into cubes and squeeze with lemon to prevent oxidation)

4. Onion (cut thinly, add salt and leave it for 30 minutes, squeeze the water out and wash, set aside)

5. Kanimi (snow crab meat) (blanch kanimi chunks, cut thinly, set aside) 

6. A pinch of italian herbs or pepper

Steps:

       1. Cut bread into 4 squares

       2. Put ring on top of the bread and squeeze tangy cream cheese on bread

       3. Add cucumber and tangy cream cheese

       4. Add avocado and tangy cream cheese

       5. Add onion and tangy cream cheese

       6. Add kanimi (snow crab meat) 

       7. Slowly lift the ring up

       8. Add tangy cream cheese on top and sprinkle some italian herbs or pepper
